Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours/ No Shows
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 50% service charge of the scheduled service.
This policy is in place to respect our artists’ time and to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or be considered a cancellation, and the full service fee may still apply.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day appointments are final. Cancellations or reschedules made on the same day as the appointment will be treated as late cancellations and charged in full.
